Booking confirmation
Your itinerary, travel date, vehicle and total price will be confirmed with you before a booking deposit is requested.
Payment policy
A 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required after the itinerary, date, vehicle and total price have been confirmed and accepted by the customer. The remaining balance details will be shared with the confirmed booking.
Online payment will be available after your itinerary and total price are confirmed. USD and EUR are the primary accepted currencies. Direct bank transfer is available upon request.
Cancellation and operator changes
The booking deposit is non-refundable after confirmation. If Georgia Elite Tour cannot provide the confirmed service, the operator will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate alternative, rescheduling option or refund arrangement.
